Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom-made or personalized products. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

 

European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right

If the conditions stated above do not prevent it, you have the right to cancel or return your order delivered within the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Refunds
