Shipping policy

We aim to process orders within 24 hours. Your order will usually be delivered by a shipping carrier. We can also arrange local pickup at our location or even at the beach—something that has often been common among surfers.

Most products are delivered from the brands’ European central warehouses, from which items can be ordered immediately for orders over 200 €. For smaller central warehouse orders, we offer two different delivery options.

 

Free shipping for orders over 200 €

Orders over 200 € can be placed immediately from a central warehouse. Please note that the order value must be at least 200 € from the same warehouse. Naish and Prolimit share a warehouse, while RRD has its own warehouse. Delivery time is approximately 5–8 business days.

Orders under 200 €

👍 Free shipping with the next import batch 👍

You can order especially smaller items without delivery costs with the next import batch. Import batches are typically arranged once a month or more often. Delivery time is approximately 5–20 business days.

Immediate small order

If you need the products quickly and cannot wait for the next import shipment, we can place the order right away. In this case, a €50 shipping and handling fee will be charged.
